Our Fall Session will begin on October 15th and the Winter Session will begin on January 11th.
Yes! In an effort to ensure students get 1-on-1 time with the teachers we have decided to keep our class sizes small, however, we will have multiple sessions throughout the school year, so if they are unable to take the class they want in the fall, they will have an opportunity to sign-up for additional classes in the winter and spring sessions.
Fall Session: October 16th-December 8th
Winter Session: January 8th-February 26th
Spring Session: March 18th-April 26th
All hickory hill clubs will be hosted at the elementary campus so middle school and high school scholars are able to walk over with school provided escorts.
Each course will have six 2-hour sessions. Listed below are the session dates.
Fall Session: October 16th-December 8th

Spring Session: March 18th-April 26th
Yes! The $75 deposit not only guarantees your spot in the class, but it is also deducted from your overall cost leaving a balance of $150 to be paid one week prior to the start of class.
Yes! We will allow one club during the first week of clubs. To request a change, send a email to info@busybeecreations901.com.
No, the kit is for in class use only. If you would like to purchase a kit for your scholar to use at home, please send an email to info@busybeecreations901.com.
